Will there be a crossover between NCIS Hawaii and NCIS New Orleans? The creator of the show hints a future narrative.

NCIS HAWAII will premiere in a few weeks, and there are already rumors that there could be a crossover with the recently canceled NOLA.

The third spin-off from the NCIS mothership will be NCIS Hawaii. Agent Jane Tennant, the latest CBS crime thriller, will be based on the gorgeous island state and will star actress and presenter Vanessa Lachey in the starring role. She will be the franchise’s first female lead agent, making NCIS Hawaii a must-see.

CBS confirmed earlier this year that another spin-off, NCIS Hawaii, was in the works.

NCIS New Orleans, on the other hand, was announced to be ending soon after.

NCIS NOLA has always had lesser viewership than NCIS and NCIS Los Angeles, which could have been one of the factors in the decision.

On Sunday, May 23, the Dwayne Pride (played by Scott Bakula)-led sitcom came to an end with the conclusion of series seven.

They were both part of the crew that created NCIS NOLA, but are now hard at work on the spin-off series.

Silber hasn’t ruled out the prospect of Pride and the rest of the team making an appearance in Hawaii.

Nash and Silber told TV Line that they had several storylines planned for what is now the canceled eighth season of NOLA.

When asked if there might be a crossover between NCIS Hawaii and the aborted crime show, Silber teased, “Never say never.”

“I’m going to be completely honest with you. All crossovers make us joyful. It’s entertaining.”
