Where are the cast members of Pulp Fiction now? Tragic child loss, broken hearts, and a plane emergency.

Next week marks the 27th anniversary of the release of the cult classic Pulp Fiction, but where are the actors and actresses who acted in the blockbuster award-winning film almost three decades later?

Pulp Fiction, which first aired in 1994 and has been a blockbuster ever since, will celebrate its 27th anniversary next week.

The cult film premiered at the Cannes Film Festival, where it garnered the top honor, the Palme d’Or, for its excellent narrative and twisting storyline.

Quentin Tarantino’s crime drama was an instant blockbuster, becoming the top-grossing film in its opening weekend.

“Tarantino’s lined up a fine cast to play his assorted snotwads, grimeballs, sleazoids, small-timers, druggies, and bulletheads in this 1990s version of a down-and-dirty 1940s pulp fiction, the kind Dash Hammett and the boys used to crank out,” wrote The Hollywood Reporter’s Duane Byrge in his review of the film in 1994.

The Brinkwire looks into the A-list celebrities that appeared in the film and what happened to them when it was released.

John Travolta is most known for playing Vincent Vega in the iconic Pulp Fiction film, but he also starred in the 1970s films Grease and Saturday Night Fever.

This came after a terrible 1980s, but things turned around when he was cast in Pulp Fiction as the slick, heroin-shooting hitman Vincent Vega.

Because he was towards the end of his career, he was only paid $150,000 for the iconic role.

He did, however, receive an Oscar nomination for his major role.

Travolta went on to star in a number of films and television shows, earning an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor in American Crime Story: The People vs OJ Simpson.

In 2007, the actor returned to his musical origins in the adaptation of Hairspray, as Edna Turnblad.

Travolta married actress Kelly Preston in 1991 when he was not acting.

Jett Ella Bleu, 21, and Benjamin, 10, were the couple’s three children.

Jett, John’s 16-year-old son, died of a seizure while on Christmas break in the Bahamas.

Following his son’s death, Travolta established the Jett Travolta Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting children with special needs.

Kelly Travolta, Travolta’s wife, died on July 12, 2020, at the age of 57, two years after being diagnosed with breast cancer.

The actor is also a private pilot with four planes under his control.

After experiencing a major electrical system breakdown while flying into Washington, he was accepted into the ‘Living Legends of Aviation’ in 2007 and now serves as the award show’s official ambassador. The news is summarized by Brinkwire.
