After damaging his automobile, ‘Big Brother’ season 18 contestant Victor Arroyo sends a moving message to fans – find out more.
Victor Arroyo of Big Brother delivers a message for fans after getting into a car accident: “Be careful out there,” says the narrator. The 30-year-old season 18 participant shared a photo of his automobile after an early morning crash near his Michigan home on Tuesday, October 12. “Especially if you live near wildlife,” Victor said on his Instagram Story shortly after the tragedy, urging people to be cautious on the road. “I ended myself flying after colliding with a ditch.” Fortunately, the Louisiana native was not critically hurt in the collision. He did, however, sustain a “little ankle injury and a painful neck,” writing, “Crutches for a week and I’ll be good.” The Michigan State Police officer praised his wife, Nicole Franzel, a fellow Big Brother graduate, for taking care of him, joked about the advantages of having “a nurse right at home.” Nicole provided more details of her husband’s accident on her Instagram account, in addition to bandaging him. The accident occurred at 4 a.m. when a “deer came into the road,” and he “tried to go past it and ended up in a ditch,” according to her. “The car is totaled, but we are just so glad he is OK,” the Big Brother season 18 winner stated. She also gave some tips to those planning on hitting the road this fall.
“Be on the lookout for deer (particularly right now) and hold your loved ones close,” the Michigan native wrote. “Life is unpredictably unpredictable. Something like this is sometimes needed to remind us of how precious life is.” Nicole and Victor first met on season 18 of the show in 2016, and they began dating a year later. In September 2017, he told Entertainment Tonight, “Everything came together for the premiere of Big Brother 19, where we were in New York and we really bonded.” “I guess it was a love story from then on, and she’s now my girlfriend.” Nicole returned after her spell on Big Brother: All-Stars in January, and the pair announced they were expecting their first child together. Arrow was born on July 23 to the couple, who married in March.
A week after she gave birth, the new mom told Us Weekly, “Every day he looks a bit different.”
