TUI holidays have been canceled: see the full list of cancellations for Crete, Cyprus, and other destinations.
TUI HAS CANCELLED THEIR HOLIDAYS FOR THE NEXT FEW WEEKS. If your vacation is on the list, it has released instructions on how to proceed.
In the approaching months, vacations to a number of destinations have been canceled. Destinations such as La Palma, Crete, Fuerteventura, and Cyprus are included. “We want to provide our clients freedom and choice this summer, therefore where borders are open and FCDO guidance allows travel, we will operate as planned,” TUI added.
“Every three weeks, we reassess our vacation schedule and cancellations in accordance with government changes, with the next update coming on July 15th.”
If your reservation is canceled, the company should contact you.
“All clients affected by the recent cancellations will be contacted directly and will have the option of receiving a full cash refund or changing to a later date or alternative trip and receiving a booking incentive,” the travel company said.
“If we need to cancel any future holidays as a result of new Government instructions or a review of our holiday programs, we will contact consumers directly and try to notify them at least seven days in advance.
“At this moment, we would want to express our gratitude to our customers for their patience.”
