Jennifer Aniston loves sticking to a schedule.
The’ Friends’ actress has always been committed to balanced eating and exercise, and a rotating meal schedule of the same three breakfast dishes is part of her diet philosophy.
Morning routine of Jennifer Aniston
There’s no time Aniston spends in the morning. In 2018, she told Well + Well that waking up and fulfilling her basic needs is a fast process.
If I work, I’m up at 4:30 a.m. and 5 a.m. If I don’t, I’m up between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. because I’m a late riser,”If I’m working, I’m up at 4:30, 5 a.m. If I’m not, I’m up between 8 and 9 a.m. because I’m a late riser – I clean,”I’m clean. “But when I wake up, I usually make myself a cup of hot water with a slice of lemon in it.”
She added, “Then I wash my face – my whole face routine is just soap and water to wake me up, then some Aveeno moisturizer with SPF,” she went on. That’s easy. To be honest, I don’t stay anywhere too long; things have to be as quick as possible [for me].
And I don’t have time to be leisurely while I’m in a movie, so my whole routine is fast-paced.
That may be why every morning she rotates between the same three breakfast dishes.

Favorite Jennifer Aniston Breakfasts
The “Morning Show” star announced her favorite “Bon Appétit” morning meals in 2016.
“I have three different ones,” she said. “Sometimes it’s a smoothie – bananas, cherries, some kind of protein powder, almonds, cocoa powder and all kinds of other weird antioxidant stuff that I can’t remember – with almond milk.”
The other two meals always consist of eggs. In unlikely areas, she even throws eggs.
I’m going to beat them in a bowl and add an egg white or two and dump it all in the pan to get more egg whites without the yolk getting too old,”Sometimes I eat eggs too plain – I’ll beat them in a bowl and add an egg white or two and dump it all in the pan to get more egg whites without the yolk getting too old,”Sometimes I eat eggs too plain — I’ll beat them in a bowl and add an egg white or two and dump it all in the pan. That’s what I eat with avocado toast, olive oil, salt and pepper.
The other choice is oatmeal at the very end, with beaten egg whites folded in.
Egg whites and oatmeal? All right, Jen. The protein is nice to have, considering a workout is the next part of her routine.
“Then I do some kind of workout,” she said to Well + Well. I have a mentor, a beautiful lady, with whom I do this spin yoga class. We spin for half an hour and then do 40 minutes of yoga.
It’s intense enough.
Then I go to a gym where I do strength training or just do my own thing on the treadmill, the bike or the elliptical trainer, just to keep things diverse. It’s always good for me to change up the body.
‘The treadmill can be difficult!’ continued the star. “I can’t run while I watch TV because I have to concentrate on what I’m listening to. [So] it’s usually music.
And it’s very fun to do sprints and interval training, because only one pace is monotonous.
Your body says all the time, ‘I know what’s going on…’ It’s nice to pump it up and then take it down.
Aniston makes sure to practice a bit of Transcendental Meditation before any workout or meal, during which she probably thinks of new ways to sneak eggs into her meals.
