James Corden, host of the Late Late Show, revealed this week that he has partnered with WWW (formerly known as Weight Watchers).

“I’m tired of how I look”I’m tired of how I look”I’m tired of being unhealthy,”I’m tired of being unhealthy.

The “Carpool Karaoke” star also explained that his latest announcement was entirely focused on something else.

Early this month, Corden posted an emotional video

Like so many at this time of year, after months of indulging in holiday classics, Corden has taken stock of the aftermath of his well-being and fitness.

On New Year’s Day this month, the actor released a statement via video that Corden considered uncharacteristically severe. He shared frankly, in his recorded message, how his health is doing.

“I wanted to share with you a decision I’ve made,” he said.

Corden opened up about his habit of proclaiming, as so many on New Year’s Day do, “every year, for the last decade – probably even 15 years,” to lose weight for good.

“That’s why I ate everything in the fridge over Christmas, because in my mind I’m going to start this diet in January, and it’s going to be a success,” he said. “And as you can see, well, it’s not.”

He went on to say that he was never able to “stick to something like that. I’ve been accepting that this is my body for a long time and that’s it.”

But every year, I am very tired of doing the same thing.

Corden expressed, disappointed with the tiring loop in which he was, that he ultimately wanted to contact WW and find a better way.

“They told me that what I’m probably doing wrong is dieting, and that’s probably not the answer,” he explained.

The comedian and actor explained last year, on New Year’s Day 2020, that his resolution for this year was simply to stop wearing shapewear.

“I think I’m making a sacrifice when I wear this Spanx,”I think I make a sacrifice when I’m wearing this Spanx. “I’m not even kidding. My New Year’s resolution is to try to get to a point where I do a show this year without wearing Spanx. It’ll be like I’m suddenly free!”

Corden has shared what it really means to him.
