Jennifer Lopez’s penthouse in Manhattan

In 2014, the performer of Love Don’t Cost a Thing bought a Manhattan penthouse that cost a pretty chunk of cash.

Lopez purchased the 6,500-square-foot luxury flat for about $22 million following her divorce from Marc Anthony.

The penthouse has a private elevator of its own. It also overlooks Madison Square Park, has four bedrooms and six bathrooms, and many outdoor terraces spread over an additional 3,000 square feet of outdoor space.

Since 2017, when she offered it for $26.9 million, the NYC pad has been on the market. Lopez reduced the price to $24.9 million in 2019.

Over the years, the singer owned other properties in the Empire State of Long Island and the Hamptons.

JLo’s estate in Bel Air

In 2016, for $28 million, Lopez bought an inspired French country-style home in Bel Air.

The luxurious estate has 13,000 square feet of living space with seven suites, 13 bathrooms and a movie theater, Curbed noted. It has hardwood floors throughout, high ceilings, windows from floor to ceiling, exposed beams and numerous fireplaces.

With an infinity pool, cabanas, a tiki bar and a mini golf course, the backyard provides a lot of space for entertainment.

An outdoor amphitheater that can seat up to 100 people is also open.

There is also a residence in Malibu for the ‘On the Floor’ hitmaker and Rodriguez.

Their 4,404-square-foot beach house was previously owned by Jeremy Piven, the Entourage star.

In 2020, TMZ reported spending over $30 million on a Miami mansion on swanky Star Island for the singer and former New York Yankees player.

Located on a 40,000-square-foot estate, the vast estate has more than 14,000 square feet of living space covering two full floors. There are 10 bedrooms inside, 12 bathrooms, a kitchen and a library in an industrial style.

Outdoor facilities include an oversized Jacuzzi swimming pool, a bar and a guest house.

Real estate agent Jill Eber told Robb Research, “The home is timeless and exudes elegance throughout, with exquisite finishes, master craftsmanship, high ceilings and expansive living areas” (via Daily Mail). “It embodies true indoor/outdoor living and offers the most coveted, mesmerizing views of the Miami skyline as well as gorgeous sunsets.”

Lopez suggested that their tastes are different when it comes to what kind of decor they have in the mansion and that Rodriguez likes a very modern touch.

Madonna, Rosie O’Donnell and Gloria Estefan are among the couple’s neighbors.

In Miami City, JLo also owns a home in Coral Gables.
