The helicopter used in the James Bond film You Only Live Twice is up for auction… Not whirred, but shaken.

At auction, a MODEL helicopter used in the James Bond thriller You Only Live Twice is expected to bring up to £22,000.

In the 1967 film, the black Bell 47G is one of four seen pursuing Sean Connery’s 007 across the highlands.

The 9-foot replica, which does not fly but might be built to do so, is the largest and final of the movie’s scaled-down choppers.

It was “flown” utilizing gantry cranes and arm extensions, and was custom manufactured for Pinewood Studios by workers.

It’s one of 304 pieces in an online automobilia auction held by H&H Classics in Cheshire on Sunday.

“This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire an essential piece of James Bond memorabilia with excellent provenance,” said Adam Sykes of the firm.
