Stacey Solomon shares a ‘tearful’ update from Pickle Cottage with fans, saying it ‘broke my heart.’

STACEY SOLOMON has issued a heartfelt statement to her fans following the death of her beloved Theo.

Stacey Solomon, 32, has shared an emotional tribute to her 11-year-old dog Theo, who died on Christmas Day.

The Pomeranian was a huge part of Stacey’s family, and her children Zachary, 13, Leighton, nine, Rex, two, and baby Rose all adored him.

The Loose Women panelist told fans today that she had been “putting off” making a shrine for Theo, but that it was something she “had to do.”

She began by filling a large vase with water and filling it with a bouquet of beautiful white flowers inscribed with Theo’s name.

Theo’s food bowl was then filled with a heart-shaped candle and some pebbles by the TV star.

“We had a memory plaque made for Theo,” Stacey said in a heartbreaking tribute to her 4.9 million followers.

“She’s lying beneath a magnolia tree.”

The garden’s most lovely tree.

“But, like you, Theo, it never blooms for long.”

“You’re missed.”

“Our darling Theo,” the wooden plaque read.

We were extremely fortunate to fall in love with you, and we will continue to do so in the future.

Fifi, good night.”

Stacey placed the plaque, flowers, and candle beneath Theo’s magnolia tree.

Peanut, Stacey’s other dog, sat calmly looking at the tree in a sweet photo of the memorial.

“I pulled the bench over so I could sit and have a cuppa with her,” the mother of four continued.

“Peanut just sat and stared at everything.”

He never simply sits.

“He’s a one-of-a-kind guy.”

This morning, he really broke my heart.”

On the morning of Boxing Day, Theo died in Stacey’s arms, surrounded by her fianc√© Joe Swash and their children.

Stacey said she was “so lost” and the family’s hearts were “utterly broken” when she announced her puppy’s death.

Friends and coworkers flooded her with well-wishes.

“Oh Stacey….I’m so, so sorry,” Ruth Langsford wrote.

The word “heartbroken” doesn’t even come close to describing how I feel.

But what a wonderful life she shared with you all….cling to those memories.

I’m sending love and a big hug to everyone.”

“Oh Stacey, I’m so sorry darling xxx,” Nadia Sawalha added.

“I’m so sorry for you all,” Gemma Atkinson added.
