Sophie Wessex on Lady Louise’s private upbringing: “I have to let her live her life.”

PRINCE EDWARD and Sophie, Countess of Wessex, raised their children in their Bagshot Park residence in a tranquil, private life.

Lady Louise Windsor, their daughter, was born in 2003, and James, Viscount Severn, was born in 2007.

Because they are both the children of a prince and the grandchildren of a monarch, they were given Princess and Prince titles at birth, just like their cousins Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie.

The Wessexes, on the other hand, opted against giving them titles because of the burden it would put on them as they grew up.

When the Royal Family was present, the two children were only seen at public gatherings on rare occasions.

Lady Louise, for example, was a flower girl at the Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding in 2011.

Apart from these brief glimpses into their lives, the two youngsters were raised away from the spotlight.

Louise went at Windsor Castle’s St George’s School and subsequently Ascot’s St Mary’s School.

James currently attends Eagle House School, a Berkshire coeducational preparatory school.

The Cambridge children, for example, attend the prestigious Thomas’s Battersea Prep School, located in the center of London and just a short drive from their home Kensington Palace.

Within the Royal Family, titles pass down the male line, therefore James will eventually gain the title of Earl of Wessex.

Louise, who will turn 18 in November, will have the option of inheriting her Princess title or not.

Louise has been seen on more royal trips than normal since Prince Philip’s funeral, leading to speculation that she intends to become a full-time working member of the Royal Family.

However, due to Prince Charles’ alleged plans to streamline the monarchy and not create any additional titles after he is elected King, this is improbable.

The Wessexes are known to be royal favorites, and they frequently visit the Queen at Windsor Castle throughout the year due to their location.

Sophie worked in public relations before founding her own firm in 1996.

So it’s no wonder that Sophie has been more visible since the controversy surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s bombshell Oprah interview in March and Prince Philip’s funeral in April, because she knows how to maintain positive press perceptions.

Sophie and Edward have done numerous exclusive interviews about “Brinkwire Summary News” recently.
