Si King of the Hairy Bikers snarls at ‘awful’ accusations made by Dave Myers ‘on his deathbed.’

Si King, star of THE HAIRY BIKERS, became enraged with comic Ross Noble after he made comments on Sunday Brunch about his colleague Dave Myers being “on his deathbed.”

Dave was suffering from COVID-19, which Si mentioned earlier this week on The One Show, so the one-half of the Geordie cooking combo was appearing solo on Sunday Brunch. Comedian Ross Noble was also a guest on Tim Lovejoy and Simon Rimmer’s weekend cooking show, but he seemed to irritate the chef when he said Dave was “on his deathbed.”

Ross said that he seemed to be doing okay without his co-star after expressing that it felt “strange” to be without him.

“I’m just saying, I know he’s [Dave] on his deathbed, but-” said the 45-year-old.

“That’s terrible,” the long-time cooking celebrity retorted, adding, “What a terrible thing to say.”

“Has he been keeping you back all these years?” “Has he been holding you back all these years?” Jimmy Car added his two cents.

“No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no We all have the same abilities and shortcomings “Si responded.

“It’s lovely, you know.” “Well, you look really amiable, and you’re cooking excellently, so I don’t believe you need him,” Jimmy, who was also a guest, remarked. “I think if you keep your fingers crossed, he might slip away,” Ross pushed it even farther. As Simon observed, the chef returned to discussing the dish he was preparing: “If you’re watching, good morning, Dave. Why aren’t you watching if you aren’t?” “You’ve just released your twenty-fifth book,” he returned to the 54-year-old. The cook explained, “Everyday Winners.” “And the way we got there was amusing, because all we did was ask everyone who followed us on social media what they ate.

“We expected 500 responses, but instead received 20,000 main meal choices, 8,000 puddings, and 4,000 bakes.

“‘Meet Gran’s Gravy,’ for example, but what exactly is it? Is it beef or chicken gravy?” There was a lot of that, and it was hilarious.” “Difficult to do,” Simon said. “Because you have to acquire stuff [where]you think this has to go in, without a doubt.” “Do you know what, the method that Dave and I use, because we’ve got a terrific team, it’s not just us, the procedure is if one of us says, ‘absolutely.'” “..
