Season 5 of Money Heist: A Denver star explains why the final series was the “most challenging” to film.
MONEY HEIST will return after the summer with a brand-new season, and prominent cast member Jaime Lorente has spoken out about the difficult final shoot for the Spanish series.
Money Heist season five’s trailer has already teased viewers with the most action-packed episode yet of the massively popular criminal drama. Jaime Lorente, a Spanish actor, has given a sneak preview at what fans may expect from the final season’s first volume, which will be released on Netflix in the coming weeks.
The final shot for the Spanish thriller Money Heist, according to Jaime Lorente, was the most demanding in the series’ history.
Last year, the cast and crew returned to the location in Madrid to begin filming the long-awaited conclusion to the Netflix series.
After several months of filming, the fifth season came to a close in May of last year.
The Spanish actor, who is best known for his role as Denver, a dangerous robber, recently spoke to TV Mag about the series’ conclusion.
He teased some of Money Heist’s most thrilling scenes so far, but revealed that the final shoot was considerably more difficult than prior seasons.
“All I can say is that it was the most challenging season to shoot due of the number and level of brawl scenes,” Lorente confessed.
The latest teaser for Money Heist has already hinted an all-out conflict between El Professor’s (Lvaro Morte) team and the Spanish police.
Part Four had already ratcheted up the tension with many high-octane action sequences.
As the team engages in some close-quarters action sequences within the Bank, the Denver star has warned that the final season would pack even more of a punch.
Despite the hurdles posed by the latest installment of Money Heist, Jaime Lorente was ecstatic to be a part of one of Netflix’s most high-profile international programs.
“I can’t wait to see the outcome!” he added.
Lorente and the rest of the actors will be able to see the fruits of their labors shortly, since the first five episodes of the final season will be released at the beginning of September.
