Season 4 of Yellowstone: What character did Josh Holloway, actor of Roarke, originally wish to play? .

Season four of YELLOWSTONE is rapidly coming, and it will see the return of Josh Holloway’s Roarke. But what role did the star wish to play in the first place?

Over the course of the first three seasons of Yellowstone, the Dutton family has had to deal with a number of savage opponents, with Josh Holloway’s Roarke being one of the most notable. When she originally joined the group in season three, she was hoping for a different part. But in the Paramount Network series, who did Holloway want to play?

Roarke, a charismatic and determined enemy trying to take over the Yellowstone Ranch, came crashing into the third season of Yellowstone.

Roarke first appears in the series as a neighbor to John Dutton (Kevin Costner), whose family owns Cross Creek Ranch.

Roarke attempted to claim the land on Yellowstone as a hedge fund manager, and it quickly became evident that he was willing to go to any length to do so.

Roarke is being blamed for the terrible season three finale, in which John, Kayce Dutton (Luke Grimes), and Beth Dutton (Kelly Reilly) were all on the verge of death.

The first commercial for Season 4 didn’t reveal much about the trio’s destiny, instead hinting “revenge is worth the wait” and a sequence of flashbacks from previous seasons.

However, a new footage shows Rip (Cole Hauser) tending to John on the side of the road where he was shot, pleading with his mentor not to die.

Roarke will be a key foil for the Dutton family in the fourth season, even if it isn’t proved that he was the one who started the attacks.

Josh Holloway, on the other hand, didn’t always want to play the series’ main villain, preferring instead to play a more sympathetic character.

Before joining the cast, Holloway was already a big fan of the show, and he was especially delighted to get the chance to portray a cowboy.

The celebrity told USA Today that before getting the call to join the show, he used to sit down with his wife and watch it.

“When I got the call, I was really excited because, in 18 years of acting, no one had ever cast me as a cowboy,” Holloway recounted, “since no one had ever cast me as the cowboy, for.”Brinkwire Summary News”.
