Power Book II: Up to now, Ghost has not disappointed.

The series follows Tariq St. Patrick, a spin-off of the original crime drama, as he balances education, family and the drug industry.

On its debut, the series was such a success that it was greenlit quickly for another season.

But when is it going to air? Find out everything here that you need to know.

WARNING: For Power Book II: Ghost season 1, episode 10, this article contains spoilers.

“How Season 1 of “Power Book II: Ghost” started.

Tariq eventually did it after spending the whole season trying to secure the freedom of Tasha St. Patrick, and exposed a scheme between Cooper Saxe and Davis Maclean that helped his mother get free.

She had to turn Tommy Egan over as a condition of her release, who later tracked her down to kill her.

Tariq, however, outsmarted him and arranged witness protection, which took her away immediately.

Elsewhere, Professor Jabari Reynolds, who had revealed his crimes and blackmailed Tariq into making him write a book on his life, confronted Tariq.

Tariq killed Reynolds to protect himself and his family and shot him twice at close range in a remote area. A truly symbolic moment that reflects the significance of his transformation into criminality and his descent.

In “Power Book II: Ghost” what’s going to happen

Tariq is on his own now that Tasha is gone and has no real family. “He’s made a decision to save her life, but he’s not going to have any control over where she is or what she does. So when we get to the beginning of Season 2, there’s definitely a sense from Tariq of ‘I’d like to know where my mom is,'” TVLine told showrunner and producer Courtney Kemp.

While they will be accepted into the family of Tejada, Kemp said in a statement that their relationship will change eventually. “In season two, Tariq’s journey with the Tejada family will become even more complicated – and dangerous – as he begins to understand the man he will become,” she said.

Not to mention, stuff about the murder of Professor Reynolds would get much harder. Kemp told Entertainment Weekly, “There’s going to be a big reaction to that on campus,”

“Where we had started an intrusion of his drug life into his school life with the events in Episode 8 with the assassination of him and the body in the pool, now his whole drug life will have intruded into his campus life in a real way,” she added. “And Tariq definitely feels like he’s walking around as a ticking time bomb. His relationships are getting more and more complicated, and while all of this is going on, he still has a love life.”

So essentially, there’s a lot of drama with Tariq and company on the way.

When is ‘Power Book II: Ghost’ season 2 coming out?

In December, Kemp said on Instagram Live that filming will start “early” in 2021. “Hopefully, if it’s God’s will,” she said. “Obviously it’s in God’s will if we’re able to shoot consistently.”

Many productions have been halted due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, including the first season of Power Book II: Ghost.

Filming stopped in March but resumed with special COVID rules later in the year, according to actress LaToya Tonodeo (Diana Tejada).

“Episode nine and 10 were shot during COVID and we were very fortunate that we were careful and protected our cast and crew,”Episode nine and 10 were shot during COVID and we were very fortunate that we were careful and protected our cast and crew. “Hopefully that will happen again and we’ll be able to shoot straight through.”

At the time, she said that she didn’t know exactly when season two was going to premiere.

But the website noted in a later interview with Entertainment Weekly that the show will return in 2021.

Until then, in the summer of 2021, get ready for the Power Book III power spinoff: Raising Kanan.
