Season 2 of Sex/Life has a release date, and the star delivers a positive update on the show’s future.
Season 2 of SEX/LIFE could be on the way, as the enthralling series continues to dominate Netflix. The author of the book that sparked the series believes there will be more.
Sex/Life is currently running on Netflix, and the drama has piqued the interest of a global audience. The series was inspired by true events and rose to the top of the streaming platform’s top ten. The book 44 Chapters About 4 Men, written by author BB Easton, is based on her personal writings as a wife and mother.
Sex/Life is a bold drama about Billie Connelly (Sarah Shahi), a wife and mother who fantasizes about what may have been.
She is married to Cooper (Mike Vogel), but she has a resurgence of interest in her ex-boyfriend Brad Simon (Adam Demos).
Billie kept a secret journal of her dreams until Cooper saw the lewd notes and desired to learn more about Brad.
BB Easton’s book, which records genuine experiences similar to those presented on television, served as inspiration for the series.
Easton chatted with This website exclusively on the series’ future and her writing.
“Absolutely,” she answered when asked if she would ever review her journals.
“There has been a lot of chatter about season two, and I have great hopes based on the worldwide response.
“It’s number one in the UK and has been for a long time, so I’m optimistic.”
The book’s and series’ success has prompted her to expand the plot based on new experiences.
“I felt like I had written everything there was to write about the plot and the characters,” she said.
“However, after I released the book, my life was flipped entirely upside down.
“Just navigating this new world and attending to book signings, as well as all of our Netflix encounters, my husband and I have had so many more adventures.
“As a result, I’ve considered writing another memoir on all of the amusing and enticing events that have occurred since that book was published.
“I would definitely like to continue.” This is fantastic news for those who have been waiting for more from the author.
Easton used to work as a school psychologist and now resides in Georgia with her husband Ken.
