Roseanne Barr had her daughter handcuffed and sent to the woods for ‘being FAT,’ according to Jenny Pentland.

Jenny Pentland: Roseanne Barr had her daughter handcuffed and imprisoned in the woods because she was “fat.”

In her soon-to-be-released memoir, Jenny Pentland discusses the childhood trauma she suffered as a result of her parents.

In her soon-to-be-released memoir, ‘This Will Be Funny Later,’ Jenny Pentland, daughter of actress Roseanne Barr, has opened up about her traumatic adolescent experience.

It will be released on January 18, 2022, and is described as “a funny, biting, and entertaining memoir of growing up in the shadow of a celebrity and finding your own way in the face of absolute chaos,” as well as “a moving portrait of a complicated family and an exploration of the cost of fame.”

“I was locked up,” Pentland said during a conversation with People.

I was struggling academically, and I was a brat who cut my arms and smoked cigarettes.

After specialists recommended treatment for her behavior, Roseanne Barr and Bill Pentland admitted her to a troubled adolescent facility.

While she was a teenager, she was sent to a number of reform schools, psychiatric facilities, and a wilderness boot camp.

“The worst abuse I feel I suffered was having my free will removed — the lack of freedom,” Pentland continued.

News on the Brink

The Roseanne spinoff is gaining traction at ABC, despite the fact that star Roseanne Barr is no longer involved.

Roseanne Barr describes the loss of ‘Roseanne’ as a “death” for her and reveals plans to flee the country.

“When Jenny Pentland, the daughter of actress Roseanne Barr, was 15 years old, she was surprised in her Los Angeles home by a group of large men who, without warning, placed her in handcuffs, drove her to an airport, and flew her to Utah,” Page Six reported.

She was taken against her will to a wilderness survival camp and forced to live in the woods for two months.

She survived on raisins, peanuts, raw cornmeal, and half-cooked beans, with no connection to her family or the outside world.”

Pentland continues to believe the incidents were an attempt at kidnapping, according to the report.

Barr fully sanctioned and paid for everything that happened to her.

Pentland is still perplexed as to why she was repeatedly thrust into these situations and denied the opportunity to live a normal adolescent life.

That is the only reason.
