Rick and Morty season 5: Cold open clues reveal Rick and Birdperson’s origins.

Birdperson, the famed duo’s first meeting, is finally returning on tonight’s episode of the Adult Swim comedy, and fans believe we may finally learn how they met.

After the dramatic events of Rick and Morty season four, Rick Sanchez (played by Justin Roiland) has put his best friend Birdperson (Dan Harmon) on ice. A new trailer, as well as the intriguing title of tonight’s episode on Adult Swim (also broadcast on Channel 4 and Netflix), has sparked widespread conjecture about their still-untold genesis tale.

Rick Sanchez, the insane inventor, is finally able to resurrect his best friend, Birdperson, in this week’s episode of Rick and Morty.

Rick’s cyborg companion has been cooling off in hibernation since the Smith family fought Tammy (Cassie Steele) and the reprogrammed’Phoenixperson.’

It was uncertain whether Birdperson would ever return to normal after becoming one of the show’s most popular recurrent characters, given the show’s episodic format.

Their hopes have finally been answered with the publication of the cold open for Season 5’s eighth episode, “Rickternal Friendshine of the Spotless Mort.”

As Rick prepares to begin the Best Friend Rejuvenation Sequence in the new clip, it looks that the episode will finally delve into the origins of Rick and Birdperson’s bond.

Aside from a quick allusion to Rick’s wife and the frightening return of the ‘Incest Baby,’ Naruto, the new season has been scant on continuity so far.

However, now that the first few minutes of tonight’s program are accessible to watch on YouTube, people are confident it will be a canon-heavy episode.

The advertising teaser, combined with the title’s obvious reference to the memory-based sci-fi film Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, indicate that tonight’s program will be jam-packed with flashbacks.

Several fans voiced their excitement in the comments section, speculating that Rick and Morty would finally be exposing some of the major riddles from the titular anti-dark hero’s past.

“Really hoping this is a lore heavy episode that dives into Rick and Birdperson’s past,” one commenter said.

“Rick is alone and aiding Birdperson, which could lead to some flashbacks to his past with Birdperson and other things,” another theorized.

“If done well, [this]may be one of Rick and Morty’s best episodes.”

“Plus, I don’t think 8, 9, or 10 were featured in the trailers, so something will happen.”Brinkwire Summary News.”
