‘Rey returns to show off the new Jedi Order’ in the Star Wars reboot.
STAR WARS REBOOT: Daisy Ridley is rumored to be reprising her role as Rey Skywalker in a new TV series, in which she will explain what the Jedi’s future holds.
Rey Skywalker (Ridley) walked away from Star Wars: Episode Nine – The Rise of Skywalker as the universe’s last Jedi. By defeating Emperor Palpatine (Ian McDiarmid) and ending the Dark Side’s reign, the character saved the galaxy. Mike Zeroh, a Star Wars leaker, thinks she will make a triumphant return in a new Disney Plus TV show.
Zeroh has made numerous assertions about what will happen next in the Star Wars saga, but his predictions have not always been accurate – so take his predictions with a grain of salt.
With that in mind, Zeroh’s most recent video features him discussing what is rumored to be Disney’s next big Star Wars television show.
According to the YouTuber, the upcoming live-action television event will feature a “dramatic revamp” of Rey.
Furthermore, he stated that Rey would have a “cameo appearance” but would not make a “major commitment” to the series.
The noteworthy element of this story is that Rey’s cameo is reported to be similar to Luke Skywalker’s (Mark Hamill) appearance in The Mandalorian’s season 2 finale.
Luke appeared to save Mando (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu / Baby Yoda from a horde of murdering machines during the episode in question, thereby furthering his tale.
“The series is also supposed to include a significant tease of Rey’s new Jedi Order,” Zeroh stated.
“[It] will give fans a taste of how the Jedi Order will be following Episode Nine.”
If an event akin to Luke’s appearance is planned for Rey’s story, she will usher in a new era of Jedi rather than the end of the old one.
“[Star Wars boss] Jon [Favreau] is thought to be doing this to give fans his version of Rey in the Star Wars universe,” Zeroh continued.
The impending event, according to the leaker, will be “extremely surprising.”
Daisy had previously stated that she “would never return” to the show, but in an April interview, the British actress declared the exact opposite.
“I mean, never say never,” Daisy remarked. “Brinkwire Summary News” is something I’m always open to revisiting.
