Ray to disrupt North Korean mission after enormous promo clue? SEAL Team season 5: Ray to sabotage North Korean mission after huge promo clue?
The fifth season of SEAL TEAM debuted on Sunday, and following a major clue, it appeared that Ray might be able to destroy Bravo’s operation.
SEAL Unit is returned to CBS for a fifth season after an intriguing ending, and the Bravo team is on a vital mission across Asia. A teaser clip containing a critical sequence in which Ray Perry (played by Neil Brown Jr) and Jason Hayes (David Boreanaz) have a tense disagreement was published ahead of the release of the second episode.
Viewers were treated to a recent episode of SEAL Team in which the military unit was deployed to North Korea on a top-secret assignment.
Unfortunately, things started to go wrong, and it appears in the clip video that this mission may put an end to Ray and Jason’s friendship.
The men were equipped in full gear as Jason assigned them their tasks and positions for the mission in the marketing video.
When he arrived at Ray, the Bravo Team captain assigned him to Overwatch as the team’s eyes.
“Overwatch,” Ray said, “yes, overwatch,” Jason agreed.
“Do you regret having me here?” Ray asked the Bravo leader as they stood across the room from each other.
“Excuse me?” Jason inquired. “I feel like you’re second-guessing some of my involvement,” he replied. “Your participation is the reason we’re even undertaking this op,” Jason explained.
“Had hoped to be on the sidelines on overwatch again?” Ray wondered.
“Exactly, without ISR, you’ll be our only eyes,” Jason said, “and it more than puts you in the game.” “You’re in, we’re good,” he added as he walked away.
The soldier, though, was not having it and went back to him, saying, “You didn’t answer my question, Jason.”
But the Bravo leader was having none of it, instructing him to “jock up” and get ready for the perilous operation they were about to go on.
As a result of their argument, Ray may attempt to sabotage the operation in order to annoy Jason.
After all, he is on overwatch, so if he sees the enemy approaching, he could turn a blind eye, which would undoubtedly hamper the mission because it would no longer be covert.
After battling with “Brinkwire Summary News” in season four, Ray eventually sought expert aid.
