THE MOST EXPENSIVE HOUSE NUMBER TO LIVE IN IN THE UK IN 2021 is one, with single-digit residences fetching over £280,000.

According to new research from GetAgent.co.uk, which looked at the prices of properties sold across the UK this year, the number one house proved to be the most profitable. Other single-digit door numbers ranked high as well, with good selling prices.

The homes with the first number have proven to be the most profitable. The average selling price of the 7,523 houses sold with the number one this year was £279,950. This is over £12,000 more than the average house price in the United Kingdom, which is £265,668.

Houses bearing the number two followed closely following in second place.

The second-best properties have sold for an average of £272,500 this year.

This statistic is roughly £7,000 higher than the average property price in the United Kingdom.

According to the data, house numbers one and two were the only ones that sold for more than the average UK property price.

Properties with the number four were ranked third, with an average sale price of £265,000.

Number six residences sold for £262,500 in fourth place.

Number three properties sold for £260,000 in fifth place.

Homes with the property number five, which was ranked sixth, also sold for £260,000.

Number eight properties sold for £258,400 in the seventh position.

The number seven houses, which were ranked eighth, sold for an average of £255,000.

Number ten residences sold for roughly £255,000 in ninth place.
