Property: Rightmove presents the most expensive seaside places in the UK.

RIGHTMOVE has identified the six beach village regions that have seen the greatest increase in asking prices. What happened to the number one position?

The property market has boomed in the previous year, with rural and coastal areas in particular seeing a surge in interest. Rightmove, the UK’s largest property website, has observed an upsurge in the number of people looking for a beach house now that summer has arrived. According to the site, six of the 10 British villages with the highest increase in asking prices in the last year are located near the coast.

Many coastal destinations have not just a view of the sea, but also a variety of local shops, fantastic taverns, scrumptious seafood restaurants, and a variety of family-friendly activities.

Rightmove has selected the UK beach communities with the highest increase in asking prices. But what about the first?

Hemsby, which is located just north of Greater Yarmouth, is becoming increasingly popular.

The average asking price for a home is still less than the new national average of £338,447, making it an economical option for buyers.

With dunes and white sand spanning as far as the eye can see, the beach is beautiful.

A parade of wonderful shops and restaurants, as well as a range of family-friendly attractions, can be found in the hamlet.

The area is home to both modern homes and charming thatched cottages.

In June 2021, the village of Heacham in Norfolk saw a 20 percent increase in asking prices.

The village is lively and a popular hangout for commuters from King’s Lynn.

Two sandy beaches, as well as various nice businesses, bars, and restaurants, can be found in the neighborhood.

Although the setting is a little more expensive than Hemsby, you may locate a cottage for around £250,000 if you shop around.

You might be able to see Lincolnshire from the beach that overlooks The Wash on a clear day.

With costs in Caister-on-Sea also rising, Norfolk has proven to be a popular choice among coastal visitors.

Buyer interest in this location increased by 46 percent year over year in June 2021.

Are you in the market for a new home or simply want to browse around? Enter your postcode or use the InYourArea feature. A beautiful sandy beach, a golf course, a marina, and various walking and cycling trails are all part of the community.

For a bit less than Heacham, you might be able to find a food-bedroom. “Brinkwire News in a Nutshell.”
