Property hotspots revealed: complete list of postcodes where the majority of homes will be sold in 2021.

THE PROPERTY MARKET IN ENGLAND AND WALES HAS BEEN BUZZING, WITH NEARLY 200,000 TRANSACTIONS COMPLETED SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2021. But, thus far in 2021, which postcodes have sold the most homes?

According to new research, property market activity has increased in London, Brighton, Bristol, Dorset, Leicestershire, and Nottingham thus far in 2021. These areas all have postcodes that are among the top ten for the number of property transactions in 2021. Keller Williams UK, a national estate firm, has revealed the top ten property market postcodes with the highest transactions in 2021.

Since the beginning of the year, the estate firm has been looking at transactions for postcodes.

London, surprisingly, did not grab the top spot and appears only thrice in the top ten.

Other parts of the South East and Midlands have taken the lead, putting London in second place.

Since the beginning of 2021, 197,041 transactions have been performed in England and Wales, with Croydon’s CR0 postcode witnessing the most sales.

The postcode has 425 sales, with the BN3 postcode in Brighton and Hove coming in second with 395 sales.

CR0 is near Mitcham, Sutton, Streatham, and Bromley on the suburbs of London.

New Addington, Addiscombe, a portion of Thornton Heath, and Selhurst are all included in the postcode.

The neighborhood offers excellent transport links to central London, but it is also near to the beautiful Surrey countryside.

As homeowners continued to work from home away from metropolitan offices, seaside locales have grown in popularity this year.

So it’s no surprise that three Brighton postcodes made the top ten, with BN1 in Brighton and Hove/Lewes coming in fourth and BN2 in seventh.

With 371 transactions, E17 in Waltham Forest, northeast London, is the only location in the capital to reach the list.

With 345 properties sold, the BS16 postcode, which straddles Bristol and South Gloucestershire, is the next hottest property postcode.

With 337 transactions, another beach location, BH23, on the south coast near Christchurch in Dorset, also fared well.

The LE12 (310) and LE3 (295) postcodes in Leicestershire are featured on the list of the busiest property markets in 2021.

The NG5 postcode in Nottingham was added to the list, with 290 properties sold thus far. “Brinkwire News in Condensed Form.”
