Prince William and Duchess Kate delight fans before Christmas with a new snapshot of their family. Especially Prince Louis seems to have had fun at the photo shoot.
Duchess Kate and Prince William have published on Instagram the photo of their Christmas card. Of course, the focus is on their children: seven-year-old Prince George, five-year-old Princess Charlotte and nestling Prince Louis, who is two years old. The trio is sitting in the picture with their parents on bales of straw.
The shot was taken in the fall by photographer Matt Porteous at the family’s Norfolk country estate, Anmer Hall, according to British media reports.
“Little Louis is such a sweet rascal”.
The family of five posed in comfortable outfits, with a large stack of wood in the background. An extra wide grin is presented by little Prince Louis in the snapshot. His older brother, Prince George, smiles a bit more restrained into the camera, Princess Charlotte, wearing a Christmas sweater by Ralph Lauren, has made herself comfortable on her mother’s lap.
The comments are dominated by references to “how big the children” have already become. Also due to the Corona crisis, there have been fewer public appearances by the royals this year – and correspondingly fewer glimpses of family life. Prince Louis is particularly singled out by fans: “Louis looks like Kate’s father,” “What a laugh,” and “Little Louis is such a cute rascal” are just some of the enthusiastic comments under the picture, which has already garnered more than 1.1 million “likes” after just eight hours.
