“I want to thank all the individuals that had the peace and love moments at noon,” Sir Ringo Starr posted on Instagram.

“And I’m just getting ready here in LA to do my peace and love-moment, so I send you all peace and love and thank you for your support.”

Sir Paul McCartney wished his friend a happy birthday by posting a photo of the two of them grooving at one of their recent reunions.

“Happiest of birthdays to my beautiful pal @ringostarrmusic… the drum beat of my life!” Macca said in the description. Paul, I love you.”
