Parents-to-be The story of how Princess Beatrice and Edoardo met and ‘struck it off.’

PRINCESS BEATRICE and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi recently welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Sienna Elizabeth Mapelli Mozzi, into the world. However, how did the new parents meet? Sienna was born on September 18, 2021, one year after Princess Beatrice married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi on July 17, 2020. Since September 2019, when Prince Andrew announced his daughter’s engagement to Edo, the businessman has gradually worked his way into the Royal Family, making his official debut at the family’s Christmas Day walk to Sandringham. Beatrice’s parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, were close friends of Mozzi’s stepfather Christopher Shale, who died unexpectedly at the Glastonbury music festival in 2011.

Beatrice and her parents even attended Shale’s funeral almost a decade ago.

In 2018, it’s possible that Beatrice and Edo reconnected.

“Beatrice and Edo have the same circle of acquaintances and were acquainted through a common pal,” the Sun reported in 2018.

“They clicked right away and have a great laugh together.”

“Beatrice introduced him to Fergie and her father while they were on vacation together.

“Things are going at a breakneck pace, and it wouldn’t surprise anyone if they got engaged in a matter of weeks.”

The couple attended the 2019 Portrait Gala at the National Portrait Gallery in March 2019 as a couple.

They were then seen holding hands in New York City on St. Patrick’s Day.

Photographers saw them entering London’s prestigious Annabel’s Member’s Club in July.

Beatrice was also wearing a bracelet with Edo’s initials engraved on it.

The Princess and the businessman were spotted beside Princess Eugenie and Sarah Ferguson during Ellie Goulding’s wedding in late August.

During a trip to Italy in September of 2019, Edo proposed to Beatrice.

“We are overjoyed to be able to share the news of our recent engagement with you.

The happy pair stated in an official statement, “We are both so pleased to be going on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married.”

“We share so many similar interests and values, and we’re confident that this will serve us well in the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”

For the first time in December 2019, Edo accompanied Beatrice on the royals’ Christmas Day walk to church at Sandringham.

They’ll get there eventually. “Brinkwire News Summary.”
