A mother has stunned other parents by showing off her children’s’sleepover room,’ which she made on a shoestring budget. The astute woman documented the remarkable transformation on Facebook. One mother dazzled fellow parents by displaying her children’s’sleepover room,’ which she made on a shoestring budget.
The magnificent room has four bunk beds, allowing her children to spend weekends together and invite their cousins.
The astute woman posted photos of the stunning change, as well as the DIY trick she used to pull it off.
She posted before and after photos to the DIY Home Projects Facebook group (Remodeling, Renovation andamp; Construction).
“What we started on October 7th… vs today,” the mother wrote.
“That was built by us.” I still can’t believe what I’m seeing! “This is the biggest thing we’ve ever done!” We used to have three girls who shared a room. They desired their own rooms as they grew older, but they always slept over on the family room couch on weekends.
“They have cousins who sleep over as well.” As a result, we constructed a hangout area for them.
“We just completed putting together the bunk beds. I even decked it for Christmas today! They’ve already had a good night’s sleep in it!” The mum revealed her DIY tip by saying she built a wooden frame that could support four beds, then added a sofa, a TV, and some toy storage to the room.
In time for the holidays, she’s also added two Christmas trees, festive couches, and hanging ornaments.
Many visitors praised the space, with one exclaiming, “This space is a dream!!” “Wow, you guys nailed it!!” “You all need to quit your day jobs and start your own business!” said another. Another mother recently showed how she saved more than £335 by remodeling her staircase with a simple DIY technique in just a few hours.
