Nick Cannon was chastised for volunteering to have Saweetie’s children after he had four children with three different women in a year.
Following Saweetie’s admission that she “wants some,” Nick Cannon was slammed by fans after he volunteered to have her babies.
In a year, the Masked Singer host has had four children with three different women.
It all started when the 28-year-old rapper took to Twitter with a simple message: “I want some babies.”
Nick, on the other hand, quickly responded with a slew of emojis, including a thinking face and a ninja, followed by a laughing face and a person raising their hand.”
Fans, on the other hand, weren’t amused, as evidenced by their reactions in the comments section, with one person writing, “Lord, deliver us.”
“Not my girl,” said another, adding, “Leave Saweetie alone!”
“Aren’t you on your celibacy journey, sir?” a user asked, adding, “chill.”
Nick is attempting to be celibate, as he previously stated that he intends to do so until 2022.
During an episode of the podcast Drink Champs, the 41-year-old confided in DJ EFN and NORE.
“I told you, man, right now I’m celibate…,” he said.
I’m going to try to make it to the year 2022.”
Nick clapped back when the podcast co-hosts said he wouldn’t stick to his decision: “Nah, y’all said I ain’t really.”
“I’m going in,” I declare.
In September, the Wild ‘n Out creator also told Entertainment Tonight that his therapist advised him to go celibate.
“My therapist recommends that I be celibate,” he told the outlet.
OK, bus, give me a break.
I’m taking a break from having children.”
Nick has been busy with babies in recent years, as he shares his eldest children, 10-year-old twins Morocco and Monroe, with ex-wife Mariah Carey.
With Brittany Bell, he has a four-year-old son Golden and a daughter Powerful, whom he welcomed in December 2020.
Nick, on the other hand, has grown his family in recent months, welcoming twins Zillion and Zion with Abby De La Rosa, as well as son Zen with Alyssa Scott, bringing his total to seven children.
Nick may have more children in the future, but he is unlikely to remarry.
“I believe that relationships and marriage are designed to please women,” he once told TI on his podcast, expediTIously.
I knew I’d never get married again once I divorced Mariah…”
“…,” Nick went on,
I knew I’d never want to be married or be in a relationship again.
Polyamory is something I respect…
“I have children from a variety of women, and I want more, but I don’t want to be responsible for anyone else’s happiness.”
