MR MOTIVATOR has confirmed his granddaughter’s death after a five-day battle with meningitis.
Mr Motivator, the iconic fitness instructor from the 1990s, has revealed that his granddaughter, Hadassah, died after a five-day battle with meningitis.
Derrick Evans, 69, the fitness star’s real name, confirmed that she died in the early hours of this morning.
It is illegal to bury a child or a grandchild.
He went on to say that the 12-year-old died in Antigua, where she and her mother resided.
The GMTV star expressed his sadness over the death of his grandchild in a statement.
He also urged people to express their love for their loved ones.
“It’s not supposed to happen like this,” Evan said in a statement.
Parents and grandparents always come first in the circle of life.
“It’s against the law to bury your child or grandchild.”
“We must fight on no matter what,” he continued.
“I want to remind everyone to tell their loved ones how much they are loved every day,” he concluded.
The star’s wife is thought to have flown out to Antigua to be with the family.
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, Evans will join her as soon as possible.
