Lord Sugar makes a thinly-veiled dig at Meghan Markle’s “sob story” by saying, “Tell them to Oprah Winfrey.”

In a tweet sent out last night, Lord Alan Sugar appeared to take a shot at Meghan Markle.

Lord Alan Sugar, 74, took to Twitter on Thursday evening during the highly-anticipated 16th season premiere of the show, telling fans he didn’t want to hear any sob stories.

Instead, he wrote, those people should speak with Oprah Winfrey.

I’m not interested in hearing any sob stories; if you have any, please tell Oprah Winfrey.

Lord Alan Sugar is a British businessman.

Alan tweeted, “I told them I don’t cuddle.”

“I’m not interested in hearing any sob stories; if you have any, tell them to Oprah Winfrey.”

Meghan, who sat down for a candid interview with the former US chat show host in March 2021, appeared to be the target of his remark.

The Duchess of Sussex was accompanied by her husband, Prince Harry, as she claimed she was “silenced” and “did whatever the Royal Family told her to do.”

Oprah was taken aback when she learned that a member of the Royal Family had expressed concern about the skin color of her and Harry’s firstborn, Archie.

Alan made it clear in his tweet that he did not want his competitors’ sob stories to bore him.

Last night, the business-style reality show premiered its 16th season, with entrepreneur Harry Mahmood becoming the first sacked candidate.

As they began their first mission, the men and women were split into two groups, with Akshay Thkrar leading one and Kathryn Louise Burn leading the other.

The goal was to create a brand for a cruise ship as well as an advertising campaign to pitch to travel industry executives.

Alan’s associates were underwhelmed by both teams, but the men’s team in particular left a bad taste in their mouth after failing to include the brand name on their logo, which looked like a turd to them.

Harry expressed his displeasure with the task in an interview with Metro, saying he was disappointed that his time on the show was cut short before he had a chance to demonstrate his team-leading abilities.

“I’m disappointed because I didn’t get the chance to show off my leadership skills as a team or sub-team leader,” she says.
