Laura Hamilton tweeted a quote about assisting those who are down to commemorate World Mental Health Day yesterday. Many of her followers messaged her to ask if she was okay after seeing her mysterious tweet, according to the 37-year-old.

The host of A Place In The Sun advised people to be nice today, revealing that she has been through a lot in her life.

“I just wanted to come on here and tell this tale this morning since I had a few people approach me yesterday saying, ‘Laura, is everything OK?'” she said on her Story, referring to her 137,000 followers.

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day, and like many of us on social media, I chose to share many of the glamourous aspects of my life.

“Whether I’m traveling to sunny areas or getting ready for an event, I certainly broadcast it on social media.”
