Katie Price sends a sweet snap to her supportive family, thanking them for ‘having her back.’

Katie Price has thanked her supportive family for always “having her back” as she began her sobriety journey following her drunken car accident in September.

Katie Price thanked her supportive family for “always having her back” in a sweet photo she posted on Instagram.

Following a car accident in September, the mother of five recently returned to work after completing her rehabilitation treatment at The Priory.

She admitted to driving under the influence, driving without a license, and driving without insurance, but has assured her family that she is on the mend.

And now, as she continues to better herself at home, the former glamour model has taken to Instagram to thank her family for their unwavering support throughout her sobriety journey.

Her daughter Princess Andre, son Junior Andre, mother Amy, sister Sophie Price, Sophie’s partner Harry, and their son Albert were all included in the sweet photo of her family huddled together for the loving group photo.

“My family, my team, and the people who will always have my back no matter what,” Katie wrote.

“I adore each and every one of you.

Thank you so much for always putting me in my place and telling it like it is! I appreciate everything you do for me.”

After pleading guilty to a string of driving offenses following a car accident that resulted in her vehicle being written off, the former Page three model first entered the rehab facility at the end of September.

Katie later pleaded guilty in court to driving while inebriated, operating a motor vehicle in a public place without third-party insurance, and driving while disqualified.

She appeared at Crawley Magistrates’ Court, where chair of the bench Julie Hutton agreed to postpone her sentencing until December 15 in exchange for treatment at The Priory.

She was also ordered to refrain from committing any further offenses and was prohibited from driving until her next court date.

“We send people to prison all the time for driving while disqualified,” Ms Hutton warned.
