Katie Price makes a family announcement in a touching Instagram post as she bids farewell to her son Harvey.

Before sending her eldest son Harvey off to his specialist school, TV personality Katie Price shared a farewell message with him, joking that “he’s still got that b****y iPad.”

Katie Price announced her pregnancy on Instagram before saying goodbye to Harvey and sending him off to residential college.

“Love this picture of Harvey back at college starting his morning walks,” the 43-year-old mother of five wrote.

“That b****y iPad is still with him,” she joked.

Katie’s five children include Harvey.

Princess and Junior Andre are shared by Katie and her ex-husband Peter Andre, while Bunny and Jett are shared by Kieran Hayler.

Harvey, whose father is footballer Dwight Yorke, was diagnosed with septo-optic dysplasia when he was born in 2002.

His eyesight is affected by this rare genetic disorder, and he has also been diagnosed with autism and Prader-Willi syndrome, both of which can cause learning and behavioral issues.

In her documentary Katie Price: Harvey and Me, Katie Price chronicled Harvey’s transition to college.

When the star turned 18, he had to start thinking about his adult education: “It’s not like high school, where you can just choose a college.”

They’ll need the right nursing staff who understand how to deal with his difficult behavior.”

The former glamour model, who is now engaged to Carl Woods, also appeared on ITV’s Good Morning Britain with her son Harvey, where she addressed comments about her recent run-in with the law.

Katie says that people “shouldn’t judge her,” that she is “ashamed about it,” and that things could have turned out “very differently.”

When officers arrived at the crash scene, tests revealed that she had cocaine in her system and was nearly twice the legal alcohol limit.

Following the crash, Katie landed a role in a new Channel 4 show about mental health.

“This year, Katie is working with Channel 4 on the pilot for a new show about mental health awareness, which she’s really excited about,” a source told OK!.

“She’s on the road to recovery herself, and she’s dedicated to her weekly therapy sessions, staying sober, and exercising.”

The actress has been attempting to get back on track in recent months.

Katie spent half of Christmas with Carl’s side of the family and half with her mother’s.

During the holiday season, she shared a number of family photos, including ones with her children and her terminally ill mother Amy.
