John Bishop is involved in an automobile accident as he expresses gratitude to people who came to his aid “when in need.”
JOHN BISHOP has spoken out about the consequences of a car accident he was involved in earlier today.
After being involved in an automobile accident, comedian John Bishop described his “eventful day.” As he narrated the incident to his Instagram followers, he uploaded photos of the aftermath as well as a video of himself in a police cruiser.
When the plane crashed, the comedian was on his way to take a boat to Ireland.
He described how he had to swerve his car to avoid colliding with a “huge chicken” after someone in front of him did the same.
To his 736,000 followers, John posted photos of his crashed Land Rover as well as some friendly cops.
He further stated, “I was driving to catch a ferry to Ireland when something happened!!”
“I ended up like this to avoid a car that was swerving to avoid a ‘huge chicken’ as I overtook.
“Thanks to the great @landrover uk and no approaching traffic, no one was hurt.”
“I missed my ferry, however thanks to James and Tony from @dyfedpowyspolice, I was able to catch a later one as a foot passenger.” (sic)
“It’s amazing how kind people can be when you need them, and thanks to the other drivers for staying, particularly Andrew, who I believe unfortunately hit the ‘big chicken’ anyway.”
In addition to his Instagram post, John shared some footage from his “eventful day” on his Instagram stories.
He can be seen in the back of a police cruiser in one of them.
“I’m in the back of a police car, but for good reason,” he explained.
“These lads are assisting me; you’ll understand why later in a picture.”
Later, John posted a video of himself aboard the ship, giving an update to his fans.
“So it’s been a very, very eventful day,” the comic said.
“I eventually made it to Ireland without a car, but I made it.
“It’s been a long time since I’ve been here, and I’m excited to be back.”
John has received a flood of well-wishes from friends and followers as a result of his posts.
“Glad you’re ok bada**,” Richard Bacon said in response to his update.
Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police responded to his post after he tagged them in it, however local police Heddlu Dyfed-Powys Police did not.
“Hello John,” they wrote. I’m glad you arrived safely; take care!”
“Ouch!” wrote one of John’s fans. At the very least, John, you’re fine! Automobiles can be repaired or replaced xxxx.”
