Joe Biden Made a Big Deal Out of Saying “End of Quote” in a Speech.

Most people knew Joe Biden wasn’t the best speaker in the world long before he became president of the United States.

He’s a politician, so he’s capable of rousing oration, but he’s also been known to make the odd blunder while speaking, and he used to have a speech impediment when he was younger.

Biden appeared to make one of his signature gaffes in a recent speech, but was it a genuine blunder?

Biden discussed the economy, inflation, and his plans to address many of the concerns Americans have about the economy during a recent speech before departing for his Thanksgiving holiday.

During his speech, Biden quoted Walmart CEO Doug McMillan, who praised the actions taken by Biden’s administration in recent weeks to boost the economy.

“By the way, you may have heard Walmart’s CEO speak about the steps we’ve taken yesterday.”

‘The combination of private enterprise and government working together has been really successful,’ he said, quoting Biden.

“He went on to say, ‘There’s a lot of innovation all the way through the supply chain, and things have begun to change as a result of the actions we’ve taken,’ end of quote,” the president said.

Although some were perplexed by the president’s decision to say “end of quote” aloud, this is unlikely to be the case.

Biden has done this before, and does so to ensure that those listening understand when he’s finished quoting someone else.

After a plagiarism scandal sank his presidential campaign in 1988, Biden took up the habit.

He now makes it clear when he’s quoting someone else and when he’s speaking entirely on his own.

Some may interpret Biden’s choice of “end of quote” as evidence of cognitive decline, but this does not appear to be the case.

However, right-wing media outlets exploited the quote, using it as proof that Biden is unfit for office.

While much of the right-wing media concentrated on a perfectly logical three-word phrase that Biden chose to include in his speech, they didn’t devote nearly as much attention to the…
