Jenny McCarthy, Martin King’s wife, has revealed that her brain tumor is “growing back” on Instagram.
Martin King, 58, married his photographer wife Jenny McCarthy in Naas, Kildare, in November 2011.
Jenny has revealed on Instagram that her brain tumor has “grown back” and that she will need more surgery.

“Hello everyone,” the photographer wrote on her Instagram story yesterday, in response to her 34,000 followers.
So, I have some news… not the best news, but certainly not the worst.
“As some of you may know, Professor Ciarán Bolger at Beaumont Hospital successfully removed a brain tumor from me in 2011.”
“Unfortunately, new activity was discovered following a recent brain scan.
This indicates that there is some’swollen tissue,’ which is most likely the tumor regrowing.
“The good news is that it’s not malignant,” she continued, “and Professor Bolger will have to perform more brain surgery to remove it.”
Jenny claims that her doctor has “assured” her that she will only need to take six weeks off work to recover from surgery and will be able to return to her favorite activities in no time.
She went on to say, “This surgery will take place in early February.”
“There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude to each and every one of you.
Thank you for never losing faith in me and for your unwavering support.
“I’m going to get through this, and in a few weeks, I’ll be back to the Jenny you all know.”
Jenny shares her photography work on Instagram on a regular basis, showcasing her passion for the craft.
She also dedicated a post to her husband, Martin, on November 6 last year, to commemorate the couple’s ten-year marriage.
“10 years married to this adorable man,” Jenny wrote.
