‘I’ve lost my other home,’ says the narrator. Ex-husband Phil Vickery, according to Fern Britton, is residing in a Buckinghamshire home.

Following their breakup, FERN BRITTON stated that her ex-husband and former This Morning co-star Phil Vickery now lives in their Buckinghamshire home, while she relocated to Cornwall.

Fern Britton, 64, has had a difficult few years, but the national treasure is looking forward to a new beginning. It’s a good thing she’s not frightened of change, since she’s had a lot of it at this point in her life. However, it has led her to seek satisfaction in other areas.

Because Phil now resides in Buckinghamshire and I am in Cornwall, I also lost my second home in Buckinghamshire.

In a recent interview, the former This Morning star opened out about her three-year struggle, which included her split from co-star and celebrity chef Phil Vickery last year.

She grinned and said, “Yes, I’m not afraid of change.”

“The last three years have been really difficult; I lost both my parents and my marriage.

“I also had to give up my second house in Buckinghamshire because Phil now lives there and I’m in Cornwall.”

But she found new friends and now hosts her own show on Channel 5, My Cornwall, so the relocation wasn’t all awful.

She beams, “The magic I’ve discovered here is incredible.”

“I’ve made some fantastic girlfriends, which has been a pleasant surprise.”

Fern stunned fans last year when she and her husband of 20 years, Phil, announced their divorce.

The couple has been on our televisions for decades, so it came as a shock when they announced they were splitting up.

The presenter, who is newly single, opened out about the difficulties of being alone after such a long time, admitting that she needed to focus on herself for a while.

“Being completely in charge of a situation and not having someone to talk to about it is a double-edged sword,” she told Good Housekeeping of not needing to consult anyone else before making decisions.

“I don’t have to justify saying, ‘Let’s blow up the house and construct something different,’ which is terrific.

“But it’s a major decision, and I’ll have to do everything myself!”

“I’m not lonely,” she added, “but I’m in a period of transition where I’m figuring out what I want to do next.”

“I’ve always had the approach of putting my head down, keeping going, and doing things for the first time.”Brinkwire Summary News”.
