‘It was a disaster.’ John Whaite describes the ‘gut wrenching’ experience. Fans of Strictly didn’t see this moment.

After Nina Wadia and Neil Jones were the first pair to be evicted on Strictly Come Dancing, JOHN WHAITE described a “gut wrenching” Strictly Come Dancing moment that viewers missed.

The 15 celebs went to the dance floor on Saturday in an attempt to impress the Strictly Come Dancing judges. In order to stay in the BBC competition, each celebrity had to show off their dance talents. However, in Sunday’s episode, former EastEnders actress Nina Wadia and Coronation Street actress Katie McGlynn were both in the bottom two, forcing them to compete in a dance-off. The judges, however, decided to save Katie after a vote.

John Whaite and his professional dance partner Johannes Radebe chatted with host Steph McGovern via video link about Nina’s departure during Monday’s Steph’s Packed Lunch.

“It was a disaster. “It was really gut-wrenching,” the chef explained.

“It’s amazing to see them come back from the dance-off with every ounce of energy they have.”

“She basically gave everything she had,” says the narrator.

“I know Nina and Neil have so much more to show the world,” he said off-screen, referring to their departure.

“And we’re all devastated that she’s gone on the WhatsApp group.”

“She will be missed.” So, Nina, if you’re watching. I’m sure you aren’t, but if you are, please know that we love and miss you.” Nina and her dancing partner Neil Jones performed the Tango on Saturday night.

The judges gave the couple mixed ratings, with Anton du Beke pointing out that she made “a few missteps.”

“I get jittery when someone makes a mistake because I’ve been through them,” the judge explained.

“Your overall body position is quite good, and when you take hold, I feel really at ease watching you.”

“It looks good, but your skull may use some work.”

“It gets a little straight,” he said, “so I want you to keep your head on the same line as your spine.”

“So you establish a great line with your spine and then continue that line with your head.”

Craig Revel Horwood was blunt in his assessment of the former soap actress, telling her that her frame “wasn’t fantastic.”

“I don’t think this was your dance, my darling,” he explained, before adding, “The footwork was incredibly ropey.”

Despite the unfavorable feedback, Motsi Mabuse tried to be constructive by saying, “I felt there. “Brinkwire Summary News.”
