Season 4 Episode 4 of ‘A Million Little Things’ recap
The fourth episode of A Million Little Things, “Pinocchio,” reveals that Peter Benoit (Andrew Leeds) is awake. The photo that Detective Craig Saunders (Brian Markinson) holds up in front of Peter’s face, however, is much more startling.
Christopher Gregory (Michael Weston) is pictured getting into Gary’s automobile. (In season 2, episode 2, Christopher persisted on conversing with Gary because he was afraid of being discovered.) Gary fabricates various stories in order to bolster his claim that he is buddies with Christopher, whom he refers to as “Topher.” After that, Liam (Mattia Castrillo) and Darcy go outside and inquire about the detective.
Gary continues to deceive us.
Maggie is adamant about keeping her new job.
Before Jane Goodman (Stephnie Weir) arrives from the network, Claudia (Andrea Bang) offers Maggie Bloom (Allison Miller) a pep talk. Maggie plans to speak with Jane about continuing her employment as Dr. Stacy on an interim basis. When Jane and Nick (Mark Derwin) start jabbing at each other, she flees out of the room.
She casually informs Rachel (Jill Morrison) from Human Resources in the break room that Jane and Nick have created a “Hostile World Environment.” After receiving a stern reprimand from HR, Claudia informs Maggie of the circumstances that led to their animosity. Jane had to choose between dating Nick and getting a new job when she was offered a raise. The task was chosen by Jane.
Maggie urges Jane to consider her for the role after another encouraging conversation with Claudia. Jane informs Maggie that she has been selected for the competition, but the network is waiting for a test from the audience. She also informs Maggie that she should refrain from gossiping about her.
