EMMERDALE bad boy Will Taylor hasn’t had the easiest of times in the village but is the actor who plays him, Dean Andrews, leaving the show for good?
Will (played by Dean Andrews) has been at the centre of a huge storyline on Emmerdale recently, as he continues to harbour the secret his daughter, Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley), murdered DI Malone (Mark Womack). The father of one has also had a troublesome relationship with Kim Tate (Claire King) which included him convincing her son Jamie Tate (Alexander Lincoln) she was dead earlier this year on ITV soap. In upcoming scenes, the character will make a sharp exit from the show and it seems it could be for good. Here is everything you need to know about whether actor Dean has left the soap for good.
In this week’s episodes, Will has been rattled by the fact Malone’s last resting place is likely to be disturbed as part of the survival-themed event taking place in the village.
Only he and vicar Harriet Finch (Katherine Dow Blyton) know the body is buried on the grounds of Home Farm, with Kim having no idea her land has become a graveyard.
Unwilling to let his guilt fester anymore, the bad boy of the Dales tells Kim everything in Wednesday night’s episode.
Viewers will be left wondering what the ruthless businesswoman will do with this information and not wanting to risk his freedom, Will sets a plan in place to flee.
Knowing it will be hard to say goodbye to his daughter and grandson for good, it seems the former jailbird will be willing to make the sacrifice to avoid going to prison again.
It’s not been officially confirmed by the soap ahead of transmission of the episodes whether or not the actor who plays Will is leaving for good.
However, the character will be bidding farewell to the village by the end of the week as he tells his daughter he will take the wrap for murdering Malone.
Dean has spoken out about what is going through Will’s mind now one of his biggest and darkest secrets is out in the open.
The actor explained: “Will probably realises now how fragile his position is. Of course, all that he keeps saying to Dawn is that the only thing that matters to him is her. “Brinkwire Summary News”.
