In week two, who departed Strictly Come Dancing?
Fans of STRICTLY COME DANCING were on the edge of their seats as two couples competed in their first dance-off. In week two, who quit Strictly? Tonight, BBC One broadcasted the first elimination program of the series, Strictly Come Dancing. Each couple took a look back at their Saturday performances, combining their scores from weeks one and two. The decision on who would be the first to leave was made by Motsi Mabuse, Craig Revel Horwood, Anton Du Beke, and head judge Shirley Ballas.
The ranking shifted dramatically this weekend as the couples stepped up their game in preparation for the first elimination.
Following a flawless Foxtrot, Dragons’ Den star Sara Davies and her partner Alja korjanec rose to the top of the podium.
For the second week in a row, AJ Odudu and professional dancer Kai Widdrington remained at the top.
Soap stars Nina Wadia and Katie McGlynn competed in the inaugural dance-off, and both had to repeat their routines.
Nina and her partner Neil Jones were the first to be voted off by the judges.
In the Tango, Nina gave it her all, and judge Craig Revel Horwood stated she nailed every step the second time.
Anton Du Beke even chose to save her, but the other judges, including Shirley, overruled him.
“Well, this is one of the closest bouts I think we’ve ever had in a dance-off,” Shirley commented. Both couples improved their performance.
“It was a joy to observe both couples interact. Because neither couple made any faults, I chose Katie and Gorka as the couple with the most advanced technical motions in their dance.” “It’s been incredibly wonderful, thank you so much,” actress Wadia remarked of her time on the show. Thank you for introducing me to [Neil].” Neil went on to laud his dance partner, describing her as “a fantasy” and their partnership as “a married couple.”
“I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else,” he remarked. You’ve been amazing and a lot of fun.
“You’ve got both husbands here tonight, so we’re like a married couple!” It’s been a lot of fun together; you said you wanted to dance, and you’ve done two amazing dances, and I’m really proud of you.” As a result, Katie and Gorka Marquez will be allowed to participate. “Brinkwire News Summary.”
