In the new ‘Animal Crossing: New Horizons’ DLC, it’s Time to Relax.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons will be released on October 15th.

Everyone’s favorite adorable town management game received a slew of fresh and exciting upgrades during Nintendo Direct. One of the most significant announcements from the conference was a fresh new paid DLC expansion called Happy Home Paradise.

The Direct revealed a lot of information about the game’s next free update (which is also the last free update). Following popular demand, fan-favorite characters will soon visit your New Horizons island, and players will have access to a plethora of new meals to feed their hungry islanders.

However, the new Happy Home Paradise DLC will allow you to design houses away from home in a brand-new resort setting!

The next DLC will put you in the middle of an archipelago with various islands, each of which is just the right size for a vacation home! Players will work with the Paradise Planning staff to build the resort according to the preferences of each potential vacationer. Each islander will have distinct starting requirements for furniture and personal goods, but you’ll still be able to decorate each home with your own style. Of course, you may also use trees and furnishings to adorn your yard! You’ll be able to alter the weather and time of day surrounding each property, whether your new islanders choose to vacation in the summer or winter.

You’ll be able to change the size of each house as you continue, as well as create partition walls for extra depth and a cozier feel. You may even add restaurants, schools, and even hospitals to your vacation spot to make it more interesting.

Naturally, you’ll be rewarded with a large amount of in-game Poki currency, which you can spend to purchase unique goods for your New Horizons home in the Paradise Planning shop. Your new vacation home planning talents can even be applied to your main island neighborhood, allowing you to modify inhabitants’ homes by adding partitions.

You might find your New Horizons residents visiting the archipelago with demands for their own vacation houses if you provide them mementos from your resort.

The Happy Home Paradise DLC also includes an in-game app called “Happy Home Network,” which allows you to photograph and save your vacation home ideas. This app allows players to visit to their established houses and check in on their vacationers. Obviously,… Brinkwire in a nutshell.
