‘I had no idea I was so exhausted.’ Sara Davies gives an update following the ‘adrenaline’ of Strictly Come Dancing.
SARA DAVIES took to Instagram after Strictly Come Dancing’s week two performances to provide an update.
After an emotional episode of the BBC show, Sara Davies, 37, gave fans a peek into her morning off.
The Dragon’s Den star became upset while speaking to the judges on last night’s episode.
She shared a candid photo of herself resting on her Instagram stories today.
In her slumber, she is photographed wearing leopard print pyjamas and hugging her duvet.
“This is how I’ve spent the bulk of my day – wow I didn’t realise I was that weary – the adrenaline must have been flowing freely and just ran out when I came home!” Sara captioned the photo.
“Most of the time, the boys were curled in behind me for cuddles, so it was a beautiful tranquil afternoon,” she continued.
Sara eventually revealed in a later post that she had ordered lunch from the fast food company KFC.
She might be seen in the photo still wearing her pyjamas and sporting her Strictly haircut.
“And my hair hasn’t budged,” she wrote. [sic]“Sunday dinner…,” the TV personality added. We’ve had Sunday luck thanks to KFC because I couldn’t bear cooking.” As she posed with her lunch, she also used the hashtag “badmamalert.”
Sara and her pro partner Aljaz Skorjanec were both unable to hold back emotions throughout last night’s episode.
Sara admitted that it had been “very difficult” to regain the confidence to return to the dance floor after spending the first week in “that space at the bottom.”
“It’s so hard to go from that space at the bottom and have the self-confidence to go and do it,” Sara told host Claudia Winkleman following her Foxtrot.
“We’re worried about you,” Claudia replied.
“Aljaz, it is down to your teaching,” she said, turning to Aljaz.
“It’s your favorite dance, isn’t it?” “Claudia gave her response. “”Did you know Sara was a ballroom dancer all along?” “Look, it’s not because of my instruction,” Aljaz emphasized.
“We constantly try to be the best plus-ones we can be.”
“But I’ve known from the beginning that we’re going to enjoy this dance, and it’s a privilege and a delight to be teaching you.”
“And right there, in that moment, it made me cry halfway through, and it wasn’t even done yet.
“No one can take that away from you.” Summary News from Brinkwire “..
