MEGAN MCCUBBIN has opened up about her relationship with her stepfather Chris Packham, after the two spent a month together filming a new series for the BBC and spent a month traveling throughout the UK.
Megan McCubbin, who starred in Autumnwatch, has spoken out about filming her new BBC show Chris & Meg’s Wild Summer with her stepfather Chris Packham. She admitted to This website after the two spent a month traveling throughout the UK in a campervan that they slept in hotels and used the campervan purely for travel, saying, “Chris and I are close, but I’m not sure we’re that close!”

Meghan said of her trip with Chris, “We got back two days ago, we’ve been filming it for the last couple of months to reconnect with British wildlife,” adding, “It did get delayed a little bit the last episode for various personal reasons, but we’ve been filming it for the last couple of months to reconnect with British wildlife.”
“The nicest part about it being unscripted is that we can just be ourselves, which is what we are on a daily basis anyhow, so we had a lot of fun with that.”
Given her 30,000 Instagram followers, the actress already advised viewers what to anticipate from the show.
Megan captioned a photo of herself and Chris, “The secret is officially out!!” ‘Chris & Meg’s Wild Summer’ premieres on @bbctwo and @bbciplayer on August 29th at 20:30.

After co-hosting the show from Chris’ house in the New Forest, Megan joined her stepfather to present BBC favorite show Springwatch this year.
The zoologist is Chris’ former partner Jo’s daughter, and despite the fact that they divorced when Megan was 12, he and his step-daughter have stayed close.
