Holly Willoughby is being backed up by her fans after a ‘tough’ time when illness ‘forced her to stop’.

Holly Willoughby has received a lot of support from her fans after going through a ‘tough’ time due to illness that ‘forced her to stop.’

In the lead up to creating more content for her Wylde Moon brand, HOLLY WILLOUGHBY has shared her “exciting but difficult” journey.

Holly Willoughby, the host of This Morning, has been busy away from the show in recent months launching her own lifestyle brand and book, Reflections.

The 40-year-old’s website includes fashion advice, beauty tips, and celebrity interviews.

Holly detailed how the build-up to creating new content was difficult behind-the-scenes in her most recent Instagram post.

“Happy full Moon… the build up to this one was extremely exciting but hard… body and mind eventually being forced to stop by illness giving space for me to reflect on what has been a huge month,” she wrote to her 7.4 million followers.

The host went on to tell fans that her website had been refreshed in the last four weeks, and that she had welcomed a new dog into the family.

Holly also expressed gratitude to her fans for purchasing her book, which has been a Sunday Times bestseller for three weeks running.

“I keep returning to the words you write so beautifully in Reflections… They are so helpful.”

“I hope you’re doing well now,” a third person added. “I missed seeing you with Philip.”

Appleton Jen wrote, “Wishing you a speedy recovery Holly, Josie was an amazing deputy for you xx.”

This week, Holly was out of the studio for three days due to a stomach bug.

She said she would return as soon as she was “no threat” of vomiting on Phillip Schofield on her Instagram Story at the time.
