Heartbreak on Coronation Street as Dev Alahan is forced to leave his kid to die?

In upcoming scenes, Dev Alahan of CORONATION STREET will have to make a difficult decision between saving one of his two children from a vehicle accident and saving the other.

With a collapsed sinkhole, a devastating thunderstorm, and a fireball car crash in future Coronation Street episodes this month, the ITV soap is ready to throw viewers on a rollercoaster of emotions and high drama. Dev (Jimmi Harkishin), who finds himself in the impossible circumstance of having to select which of his children to save from his burning automobile, will be one of those involved in the shocking catastrophes.

Dev’s automobile is struck when he sets out on vacation with his twins Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) and Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain).

The family becomes disoriented on a country road as thunder rumbles overhead.

A prison van is speeding down the same lane, rushing injured drug dealer Harvey Gaskill (Will Mellor) to the hospital, but he has other plans, including vengeance.

Dev must choose which of his children he will drag from the wreckage of his car.

Could Dev’s decision lead to the death of one of the twins?

The twins’ mother, Sunita Alahan, had already died, so the family would be distraught (Shobna Gulati).

How can the Alahans cope with more tragedy now that one of the twins may not make it out alive?

The plot is part of a major disaster in the soap, which is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious plots in the show’s history.

Debbie Webster is putting the finishing touches on the House of Horrors attraction behind the street, so the week is off to a good start.

Residents start planning their Halloween costumes, but no one notices the ominous earth shifting around the Platt’s sinkhole.

“We set out to make a week of breathless, fantastic drama – and boy, have our outstanding cast, crew, design team, and writers delivered!” stated producer Iain McLeod.

The week is jam-packed with surprises and a magnificent visual spectacle.

“It also includes surprising moments of heart, heroism, and humour.

“I’ll say it again: our team has outperformed itself.”

Filming the soap amid the coronavirus pandemic was difficult, according to the producer, but he applauded the cast for their commitment.

“I believe,” he added. Brinkwire Summary News “..
