That is why he continues to make action movies.

Eamonn Holmes is an Irish writer.

When Eamonn was asked why people’s chronic pain worsens in the summer owing to dehydration and a lack of activity, he told him that actor Liam gave him some fantastic advice: “rest is rust, motion is lotion.”

On the show today, he told Ruth Langsford, “I live by that motto, I do — don’t I always say that?” Your lotion is motion.”

“I was on a plane with actor Liam Neeson, and he told me, ‘Eamonn, remember this, motion is your lotion.’

“That’s what he said to me, that’s why he keeps doing action movies,” I added.

“And Liam and I are on the same page when it comes to this sort of thing, that exercise is all.”

The star’s discs in his back have “eroded,” making it increasingly difficult for him to sit down.

“I have several discs that have corroded in my back,” Eamonn said of his filming issues.

“It appears that sitting is the worst enemy of the back.”

After dislocating his pelvis, the presenter has been battling chronic discomfort for a long time, but has recently been unable to sleep.

The damage happened “mysteriously,” he told the Irish Independent, and his back is now “out of alignment” as a result of it.

He explained, “I unexpectedly dislocated my pelvis and I have no idea how – it’s not as erotic as it sounds.”

“As a result, my back is now out of alignment.

“Unless you live with someone who has MS, you have no idea what it’s like. I’m in excruciating pain, and no one knows how to relieve it.”

He went on to say that the pain “hurts like hell” and that he must find a method to get through it.

“It’s been a month, and I can’t remember what life was like before it,” he explained.
