During the pair’s TV break, Eamonn Holmes addresses’squabbling on screen’ with Ruth Langsford.

Following his move to GB News this week, EAMONN HOLMES has addressed whether he and his wife Ruth Langsford will present together again.

Until last year, Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford co-hosted This Morning for 15 years.

During Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield’s summer break, they last presented the show side-by-side for six weeks.

Last month, the 62-year-old announced his departure for GB News, leaving fans wondering if Ruth, 61, had followed suit.

Viewers praised the couple for their natural married couple ways throughout their time on the show.

The two never shied away from voicing their opinions, which resulted in them disagreeing and clashing on air at times.

“I’m sure we’ll work together on screen again,” Eamonn said of their future collaboration.

In the midst of a major family update, Gary Barlow bids farewell to his daughter.

“I guess a lot of families see themselves in us, and that’s why they like it.”

“You can bet that whatever I say — almost anything — Ruth will say or think the exact opposite, and we’ll end up arguing onscreen.”

“It appears to work for those who are watching from home.”

Eamonn revealed that his departure from This Morning didn’t mean Ruth was done with the show.

However, there is currently no public commitment for her to return.

“For the time being, she’s having fun with Loose Women, and I’m looking forward to my own new project,” he told The Sun.

His wife expressed her excitement about Eamonn’s new venture last month, saying she would miss working with him.

“And so another chapter begins…,” she wrote on Instagram.

“I’ll miss working with him, but he’s back to doing what he loves most… reporting.”

“@eamonnholmes @gbnewsonline I can’t wait to see him back in action!”

On Monday, the broadcaster debuted his breakfast show with co-star Isabel Webster.

The majority of viewers have praised the couple’s chemistry so far.

“Folks, thank you for getting behind me for the new Breakfast show,” he wrote in a message to his fans.

“A lot of people are working hard to bring you a show where your opinions are a big part of the news,” says one of the producers.

He then went on to say.

“News from the Brinkwire.”
