Danniella Westbrook posts a sweet Instagram photo of her rarely seen brother.

Danniella Westbrook is reminiscing after sharing a fresh-faced holiday photo following her recent hospitalization due to an infection.

Danniella Westbrook shared a happy throwback photo with her brother and a friend, giving fans a glimpse into her family life.

The 48-year-old former EastEnders actress shared the photo, which was taken in Gozo, Malta, and told fans she was “roughly the same age” as her daughter Jodie, 20, at the time.

“The original Chipie crew in Gozo,” she wrote.

Justin Drew, myself, and the one and only Legs aka @stewartbowles, my all-time lifelong friend and friend who is also my family.”

“Old skool Dan,” wrote one of Danniella’s fans, while another said, “Great photo!”

Danniella was reminded of happier times after she bravely admitted to having relapsed in her cocaine addiction battle.

The actress insisted that her sobriety would not be jeopardized as a result of the setback.

“I’m completely over it,” she declared.

“I’m done with the drinking, the odd packet, and the night out.”

“I’m lucky this time I’m not crawling in the rooms a snivelling skinny bag head,” Danniella told her supporters, adding that she hadn’t hit “rock bottom.”

“I was meant for more than this, and the last few years of f**king around have shown me that cocaine and champagne don’t give me the high I’m looking for.”

Danniella, who starred as Sam Mitchell in EastEnders from 1990 to 2016, was also rushed to the hospital after contracting an infection.

Doctors were concerned that the infection would spread to her brain, according to a source who told The Sun: “Danniella is really sick.”

After antibiotics for a sinus infection failed, she ended up in ICU.

“Experts were concerned that infected mucus could spread to her brain, but she is recovering well in the hospital.”

During her hospital stay, she sparked concern by posting a photo to her Instagram Stories from her hospital bed.

“Tell someone you love them today,” Danniella said.

Because there is no such thing as a guarantee that tomorrow will arrive.

I love you, my family and friends,” she wrote before tagging her children and her mother, Sue.
