Dan Walker’s weight loss journey – from dietary adjustments to physique transformation.

Dan Walker’s height of six feet six inches hasn’t stopped him on the Strictly dance floor, and despite a rough Week Three, the judges are still impressed.

All of the celebrities that compete on Strictly Come Dancing notice that their bodies alter form as a result of the competition.

Dan Walker, a regular on BBC Breakfast and Football Focus, has already noticed a difference, and his spectacular weight loss journey is continuing as the weeks pass.

In an Instagram picture, he wrote: “On BBC Breakfast this morning, I was working on my new dancey posture with @sallynugenttv.

“I also observed that my pants were a little sloppy. It turns out that dancing with @nadiyabychkova has already helped me lose a third of a stone!!” Dan, like anyone whose job requires early mornings, has discovered that his time as a presenter on BBC Breakfast has had an affect on his diet in the past.

In an interview with Waitrose Weekend in 2018, he said: “Food is one of the challenges that comes with getting up at an inconvenient hour.

“Many folks who have worked early have cautioned me about the extra lunch issue. When you get up so early, you need two breakfasts: one at silly o’clock and another at a more reasonable hour.

“A few inches on the waist can be gained by eating one extra meal a day over a long period of time.

“I’ve already donated one suit since the trousers have become a little too tight for watching television.”

Dan claimed that he “struggles to operate” on an empty stomach and that he ate a bowl of porridge every morning at 5:30 a.m. for the first six months of his career.

He went on to say that he’s now “religiously eating peanut butter on toast.”

“These early starts have an odd effect on you. If I stay at this work for a long time, I’m afraid I’ll gain 25 pounds and get Skeletor’s look.” Nadiya Bychkova, Dan’s professional dance partner, has fallen for his hometown of Sheffield.

She’s even told Claudia Winkleman of Strictly Come Dancing that she’d consider moving there.

“The generosity and kindness of people in Sheffield during #Strictly has blown Nadiya away,” Dan added.

Dan has also praised Prithiraj, his favorite neighborhood curry eatery, where he treated Nadiya to a dinner. Since then, Prithiraj’s phone has been ringing off the hook, according to the team.
