Cynthia Erivo, Craig Revel Horwood’s Strictly Come Dancing replacement, weighs in on Meghan and Harry’s feud.

CYNTHIA ERIVO, who will take over as a judge on Strictly Come Dancing 2021 tonight from Craig Revel Horwood, has spoken out about Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s decision to leave the Royal Family.

Cynthia Erivo, 34, will take Craig Revel Horwood’s place on the Strictly Come Dancing 2021 judging panel after the series regular tested positive for Covid earlier this week.

The multi-talented star, who is an English actress, singer, and songwriter, will give her verdict on the couples’ performances as they compete in Musicals Week this evening.

Prior to her appointment as the new Strictly judge, the actress also voiced her opinion on Megxit, which saw Meghan Markle and Prince Harry resign from their positions as senior members of the Royal Family in 2020.

The couple has been very vocal about the difficulties they experienced within the firm since their move to America, which stunned royal fans at the time.

Shortly after Meghan and Harry announced their decision in January 2020, Cynthia was asked to weigh in on the hotly debated situation.

Cynthia was quizzed on “the whole Royal Family business that’s going on” at the Critics’ Choice Awards 2020 in a recently unearthed interview by American TV show Extra reporter Jenn Lahmers.

Strictly’s guest judge was quick to back Meghan and Harry at the time, insisting that “humanity has to come first” despite their move breaking royal protocol.

“I think the two of them should do whatever makes them happy,” Cynthia said.

“I believe that their marriage, relationship, and child should come first, and that if they feel safer and happier where they’re moving to, they should do so.”

“I understand that protocol exists for all of these things, but humanity must come first, humanness must come first.”

Cynthia’s attempt to defend the Duke and Duchess of Sussex was praised by a large number of YouTube users.

“Thank you Cynthia,” Cookies n Cream said of the video.

“Absolutely,” a Loren added.

Meghan claimed that her mental health had suffered as a result of becoming a senior member of the Royal Family during a candid interview with Oprah Winfrey that aired in March.

In “Brinkwire Summary News,” she also talked about her experiences with racism after moving to the UK.
